ECRO 2027

ECRO 2027 brings together approximately 300 researchers, clinicians, and industry scientists working on the chemical senses — a focused, senior, and international audience spanning olfaction, taste, and chemesthesis, from fundamental neuroscience to flavor, fragrance, food, and medical applications.
